If for any reason, our products are not what you expected, please contact us at email@example.com with the word "Return" in the subject line. Please use the body of the email to send a quick explanation as to why the item is unsatisfactory. Since we are a small, local business, your feedback is so important to both me, the merchant, and to the maker of the product.
We at The Roxbury Local will do everything in our power to remedy the situation. We are happy to issue returns and refunds on most products if the return is filed within 30 days of receiving the product.
